Booking Conditions

All accommodation is offered subject to availability at time of receipt of a deposit and at the tariffs applicable according to the season.

Meal times are pre-arranged and no allowance can be made for meals not taken

Arrival time is between 2 pm and 6 pm, (if arriving early to drop off your bags please arrange this in advance), late arrival (by request only) 8.30pm to 10.30pm, so as a guide last ferry crossing is around 9pm to get to us in time.

Rooms must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

In the event of any cancellation the person making the booking will be liable for the total cost as per the reservation, less an allowance for food and services.

Deposits are not refundable, but will be deductible from any claim for compensation arising out of any cancellation or curtailment of the contract.

When booking your holiday you are entering into a legally binding contract and it is recommended that you take out holiday insurance cover.
